Yes! Our free plan includes basic meal logging, nutrition breakdowns, and allergen alerts for the top 9 allergens. It's perfect for individuals getting started with nutrition tracking.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to all new features. When downgrading, your current billing period will complete before changes take effect.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and support payment through Apple Pay and Google Pay. Enterprise plans can also be invoiced.
Is my health data secure?
Security is our top priority. NutrAssist is built with HIPAA-compliant infrastructure from the ground up. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and we maintain comprehensive audit logs. Enterprise customers can sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
How does the household feature work?
With the Family plan, you can add up to 8 household members, each with their own dietary profile, allergen settings, and nutrition goals. You'll get a unified dashboard to manage everyone's nutrition, shared meal plans, and collaborative grocery lists.
Do you offer a discount for annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly pricing. That's $115/year instead of $144/year for the Family plan.
